Adrian Hall is Extensia’s Chief Operating Officer and ensures the company strategy and process align with the corporate vision. Adrian keeps close communications with Ministers, Regulators and CxOs from Africa’s top operators, to keep abreast of the policy, regulatory and service delivery objectives and growth requirements of the sector. Adrian has previously held senior management roles with World Trade Group and World Summit Organization.

Myles serves as Extensia’s Business Operations Director, driving organisational alignment, operational excellence, and strategic communication across the business.

He ensures the Extensia team remains fully informed on major industry developments, enabling rapid, coordinated responses to the fast‑evolving ICT and telecoms landscape.

In addition to overseeing internal operations, Myles leads Extensia’s public‑facing communications, shaping the organisation’s voice across digital platforms and strengthening engagement with partners, stakeholders, and the wider industry. He also directs the delivery of Extensia’s onsite events and its online news service,  a key industry resource that curates and disseminates the most relevant updates from Africa’s telecoms and ICT sectors across Extensia’s website and social channels.

Myles brings extensive experience from senior roles at Azlan, Tech Data, and Rocom, where he developed deep expertise in channel operations, partner engagement, and technology‑sector communications.

Extensia has a strategic partnership with Dr. Madanmohan Rao for the delivery of our summit programmes, Madan is a true globetrotter but has his base in India. Dr. Madanmohan Rao, a consultant and writer from Bangalore, is research projects director at MobileMonday, research director at YourStory.in, and research advisor at the Asian Media Information and Communication centre (AMIC). He is the editor of five book series: The Asia Pacific Internet Handbook, The Knowledge Management Chronicles, AfricaDotEdu, Global Citizen and World of Proverbs. He is also editor-at-large of DestinationKM and contributor to the Poynter Institute blog on new media trends. Madan was on the international editorial board of the book, Transforming e-Knowledge.

Extensia has a strategic partnership with Flawless Events of Ethiopia for the development of operations and coordination activities for Extensia events. Flawless Events is led by Yoadan Tilahun, an experienced hospitality industry professional with an innately hospitable personality, passion for perfection, flare for creativity, and drive for excellence. With over 10 years of event management experience, Yoadan has established Flawless Events as the leading corporate event firm in Ethiopia, with increasing presence around the African continent. Yoadan holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and is fluent in Amharic, English, and French, and conversational in Spanish.

Tom is responsible for coordinating across Partners and Associates within Extensia Consulting . Tom has over 40yrs in the Telecoms and ICT sector internationally covering fixed, mobile. Having worked for some of the biggest names in the industry such as British Telecom, Saudi Telecom, Vodafone, Orange, Zain, Huawei, Nokia Siemens, Logica CMG. Tom is well positioned to provide knowledge and vendor management services to support client objectives.

An experienced International Executives who got field experience and competency in operational and strategic management within the telecoms sector. With 30 years of experience in Senior Executive positions with global telecoms vendors and regional telecoms service providers, He has a well-established record in managing and deploying commercial operation within start-ups and restructure incumbent services providers and developed partnership. He successfully opened up new geographical operation and launched new products and services in high growth and culturally diverse national markets. A market development-oriented team builder and leader with strong focus on financial results.
